Hand Crafted Glass: Please note that all products are hand crafted and as such, minor variations, including colour, size and shape are to be expected and accepted as part of the hand crafted character of the artistic glass pieces. In addition, when ordering a piece which appears on the website, please be aware that there is some variation in hue, contast and brightness between your video monitor and/or printer and the actual appearance of the piece depicted. Finishes: Finishes are available in Black or Silver. Shipping Methods: Shipping is done using Canada Post. We email confirmation of the order/payment and email the tracking number upon returning from the post office.

We will contact if we need longer lead time....i.e. wholesaler does not have raw materials in stock. Shipping and Handling Charges: A shipping and handling charge of 6 percent will be applied to all orders. Sales Tax and Duty: Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), 13 percent will be charged on all orders for Ontario residents.
Please Note:
There is the possiblity of Duty being charged on orders outside of Canada.
For US customers, typically this does not happen unless the order is over $200.00.
Other countries may vary in their customs and excise rules. Payment Methods: You can can pay by cheque and once it is cleared we will ship the product.
Orders to be paid for by cheque should be placed by email us at info@spiralstainedglass.com. Return Policy: If you want to return any item, you may do so for a full refund.
Shipping is not refundable unless the reason for return is agreed to be our fault.
